Recommended to go to this place by a Duramag. Simple tail light and marker light replacement. All my lighting worked, except 2 running lights. I dropped off the truck, and expected the lights would be changed out. Mid afternoon on the same day they reached out to me to tell me that connectors had to be replaced and wires were broken, and I should expect to replace multiple lights. The cost was pretty hefty for a tail light replacement. (Almost 800 bucks) I drove directly to the shop, as I knew something was incorrect. I met the technician right at my truck, and confirmed the story I was told. There was no reason for the extra labor, no corrosion was found, and the tech admitted the cost was "crazy" maybe a few bad butt connectors at most. The wires were cut and spliced all over the place. The lights actually didnt work at all while I was there. I actually provided a wiring color code and diagram to the tech, from the bed manufacturer. After exclaiming to the front office, im not happy about the cost, or the stories i was told I received a moderate discount. Definitely look out if you need a simple repair. Seems like if your not a contracted customer you get put through the ringer.

I had a great experience here. Excellent service and communication especially from Kendall who figured out a creative solution to my Allison issue. This guy's knows his stuff and was eager fix it and stay in touch while doing so. These guys understand the need to keep the wheels turning.

Crooks! I had to buy a new tow truck because these crooks kept charging me $10,000 literally every time I came in for service on my 2011 International 4300 Iโ€™d sue them! If I was the type! Theyโ€™d quote me low and bill me $10,000 every single time. Nearly went out of business because of these crooks. They should lose their license to operate. These people rob people for a living.

I was quoted $1,000.00 for the parts and labor of the front left shock and left rear leaf spring replacement for my 2009 ISUZU NPR HD GAS. Rick from the service department said that it would be $850 for just the leaf spring and about $150.00 for the front left shock replacement for the parts and labor.which totals to $1,000.00 all together.(I was quoted the same amount from an Isuzu dealer in MA) Rick from the service department has also mentioned that they are fully booked for a week so I should call him the following week. to schedule an appointment. I have called him the following week and told him that I had to get my left front shock replaced so I had that job done already:all I need is the left rear spring replacement. He put me on hold for a couple of minutes and He then said the price of the leaf springs went up to $700.00( in 1 week?!) and for that reason he could do the rear leaf spring replacement for $1,100.00.I asked him why? You are quoting me $1,100.00 just for the rear leaf spring replacement where You have quoted me $1,000.00 for the front left shock replacement and rear leaf spring replacement one week ago!!!??? Because I needed to get this job don
